Frequently asked questions

You will receive an email with your tastecard activation code 30 days after signing up to Equifax Credit Report & Score  or  Equifax Family Plan (coming soon). Please note, only the main user is eligible for a tastecard on a Equifax Family & Friends subscription (coming soon).

Your digital tastecard can be activated as follows:
1) Download the tastecard app from the relevant app store
2) Register using the activation code sent by Equifax after your first 30 days
3) Start using your tastecard for great benefits on dining, coffee, pizza delivery, cinema and days out across the UK

Your digital tastecard is valid for 12 months upon activation. Your tastecard with Equifax will be cancelled if you cancel your Equifax subscription.
