Credit reference agency Equifax has celebrated the 30th anniversary of its Wexford office site in Ireland, marking three decades of growth and impact.

Established in 1994 with a small team focused on manual capture of commercial company data from Companies House, the office has since evolved into a major local employer, with nearly 100 staff members supporting Equifax clients and consumers.

The anniversary celebration took place on 06 November, with special guests Elizabeth Chapman, VP Customer Service, Operations & Business Transformation UK & Ireland, Martin Flynn, Executive Assistant, IDA Ireland, and Melissa O’Connor, Vice President of Content, Consumer & Business Services at IDA Ireland, attending to mark the occasion.

At the heart of the Wexford site’s success over three decades has been its people. A number of individuals have celebrated long-standing milestones, with William Murphy, Mary O’Gorman, and Gary McGuire all achieving 30 years of service.

The Wexford team has also become known for its dedication to the local community, including its active participation in Relay For Life for Cancer Research, among other charitable initiatives, among other charitable initiatives, with €7,653 raised in 2024 alone, and a further €2,100 for Family Carers Ireland.
