What is Equifax WebDetect?

Part of the Equifax Credit Report & Score service, WebDetect helps you to keep your identity safe. It alerts you if it finds your financial details on websites used by fraudsters to trade personal information.

Equifax WebDetect:

  • Monitors websites frequented by fraudsters for information that you’ve asked us to keep an eye on
  • Alerts you if this information is found on those sites
  • Allows you to add up to six email addresses, six telephone numbers, 12 credit/debit cards, six bank accounts as well as your driving licence and National Insurance numbers.
