Equifax appoints new Vice President of Human Resources for Europe
Tuesday 2 May, London – Equifax UK, one of the UK’s big three credit agencies, is delighted to announce the appointment of Nadia Strone as Vice President of Human Resources for Europe. Nadia brings more than 20 years of experience leading people strategy development and high-impact transformation within the cosmetics and financial services industries.
Nadia joins Equifax from beauty and personal care company Avon, where she served as Executive Director of Human Resources, Western Europe. During her eleven years at Avon, she successfully led the people strategy agenda as the firm transformed from a brochure-based business into an agile sales organisation. Nadia oversaw the redefining of the commercial model and drove cultural change for the next stage of the company’s growth and development. Before joining Avon, Nadia spent a decade in New York working in financial services with organisations such as AIG, Standard & Poor’s and Liberty Mutual.
Nadia will report directly to Patricio Remon, President of Europe for Equifax as well as Carla Chaney, Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President at Equifax. She will be part of both the European leadership team and the global HR leadership team to ensure that people strategy is fully aligned with the company's business strategy.
